Mr. Rishabh K Shah- Founder director and Co-founder of FutureReady Technologies, is a certified mechanical engineer and has loads of experience in the field of peening and related services. He joined Daksha engineering immediately after his graduation and worked mainly at the shot-peening job shop and got exposure in the area of shot peening all sized components- including larger parts like collars and shafts. He was later given the position -head of operations at Daksha engineering.

Mr. Shah wants to promote shot peening activities in India and has been working on the same; his R&D projects taking place in prestigious institutes like IIT, department of fracture mechanics. His vision is to expand the company to one of the primary suppliers in the industry, alongside development activities for shot peening.
